Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) Under EUDirective 2011/83/EU, you have the legal right towithdraw from your purchase within 14 calendardays of receiving your order, without giving anyreason. This cooling-off period begins the day youreceive your item.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in originalpackaging
  • Tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase required
  • If the item has been used beyond what isnecessary to inspect it, we reserve the right todeduct from your refund to reflect any reductionin value

Exceptions — Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-stitched or altered sarees and blouses(made to your specific measurements)
  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Perishable goods or items with broken hygieneseals

Note: We will clearly inform you before purchase ifan item is custom/non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days ofreceiving the returned item
  • Refunded to the original payment method used atcheckout
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customerunless the item is defective or incorrect

Defective or Wrong Items If you receive a damagedor incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours ofdelivery at prasannapasupuleti.kdp@gmail.com withphotos. We will arrange a replacement or full refundat no cost to you.
