Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. stitched sarees with blouse alterations) may take 7–14 business days. You will be notified by email if your order requires additional processing time.

Italy: 3–5 business days (Free over €150) EU (France, Germany, Spain, etc.): 5–10 business days (Free over €150) United Kingdom: 7–14 business days (Customs/duties may apply) United States: 10–20 business days (Customs/duties apply) Rest of World: 14–25 business days (Customs/duties apply)

- Free shipping on orders over €150 (Italy & EU)
- Standard shipping rates calculated at checkout for all other regions and orders below €150
EU Delivery Rights Under EU consumer law, we are required to deliver goods within the timeframe agreed at checkout, or within 30 days if no timeframe was specified. If we fail to deliver within this period, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Customs & Duties (Non-EU Orders) For orders outside the EU (UK, US, Rest of World), customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
