1. About Us The Indora is an Italian-based online retailer specialising in premium handcrafted Indian heritage products including sarees, jewellery, home décor, and brass items. Registered address: Via Caravaggio 11, 40033 BO, Italy.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products

    • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice
    • Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of items
    • All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT

4. Orders & Payment

    • Orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment
    • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout
    • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud

5. Shipping Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. EU Consumer Rights If you are an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, including:

    • 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Notify us using the Model Withdrawal Form in our Refund Policy or by emailing prasannapasupuleti.kdp@gmail.com.
    • Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items (e.g. sarees stitched to your measurements), clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
    • Refund Timeline: Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned item, using the same payment method as your original transaction.
    • Conformity of Goods: If your item is defective, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have the right to repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Intellectual Property All content, images, and branding on this site belong to The Indora and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, The Indora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as an EU consumer.
